Account Terms
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person, one account. No shared logins.
Acceptable Use
Use Resumax to build real resumes for legitimate job applications. Do not use the platform to generate fraudulent credentials, impersonate others, or create content that violates applicable law.
AI Features
AI-generated content is a suggestion, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI outputs before submitting them to employers. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated resume content.
Billing
Pro and Team plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Resumax is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for missed job opportunities, incorrect AI suggestions, or data loss beyond what is covered by our backup policies. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.
