What We Collect
We collect your email address, name, and resume data you create within the platform. Resume data is stored as encrypted JSON in PostgreSQL. We do not collect browsing history, device fingerprints, or sell any personal data.
How We Store Data
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Resume content is stored as JSONB in PostgreSQL with row-level access controls. Backups are encrypted and retained for 30 days.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (better-auth.session_token) for authentication. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
AI Features
When you use AI features, your resume content is sent to the AI provider you selected (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral). We do not store AI responses beyond the current session. If you bring your own API key, requests go directly from our server to the provider. We never log your keys.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. We purge backups within 30 days.
